Our shuttle operates in the morning & evening hours Monday through Friday.

I need to use the conference room late at night, where can I go?

You can reserve any of our 4 conference rooms at Maker Hall 24 hours per day!

What sized apartments do you offer?

Everything from studios up to a 4-bedroom townhome.

How may I apply for affordable units?

Do you offer community events?

We do! We conduct 2-3 events for our residents every month.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely – we welcome dogs and cats. Please speak with the Leasing Office for terms & conditions.

How do I pay my rent?

We accept checks, money orders, and certified funds in the office, as well as convenient online payment options through your resident portal.

What if I have a maintenance request?

You can easily submit a work order through your resident portal app, or stop by the office and speak with a member of the team for assistance.
